Mountain Province Diamonds Announces Voting Results from 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

TORONTO, July 11, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Mountain Province Diamonds Inc. ("Mountain Province", the "Company") (TSX: MPVD) is pleased to announce the results of voting by the shareholders for the election of the Board of Directors during the virtual 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on June 27, 2024 (the "Annual Meeting"). A total of 96,350,833 common shares were voted at the Annual Meeting, representing approximately 45.54% of the outstanding common shares.

Detailed results of the votes for the election of directors held at the Annual Meeting are set out below:

At the Annual Meeting, KPMG LLP were re-appointed as auditor of the Company at remuneration to be fixed by the directors.

About the Company

Mountain Province Diamonds is a 49% participant with De Beers Canada in the Gahcho Kué diamond mine located in Canada's Northwest Territories. The Gahcho Kué Joint Venture property consists of several kimberlites that are actively being mined, developed, and explored for future development. The Company also controls more than 113,000 hectares of highly prospective mineral claims and leases surrounding the Gahcho Kué Mine that include an Indicated mineral resource for the Kelvin kimberlite and inferred mineral resources for the Faraday kimberlites.
