Monica Monici, the Scientific Director of ASAlaser Scientific Research Department, was Elected ELGRA President

Dr Monica Monici was appointed to a high office in the non-profit International Scientific Society devoted to the promotion of scientific research under various gravity conditions.

Dr Monica Monici, the Scientific Director of the ASAlaser Scientific Research Department, a company for over 30 years at the forefront in the study and implementation of laser therapies to fight pain, and of ASAcampus activities within the scope of the Joint Laboratory for Research in Physical Stress Biology in association with the Experimental and Clinical Biological Sciences Department of the University of Florence, was elected President of the European Low Gravity Research Association (ELGRA).

ELGRA, a non-profit International Scientific Society, devoted to the promotion of scientific research under various gravity conditions (microgravity and hypergravity), established in 1979, provides a networking platform for all scientists interested in life and physical sciences and technology in space, aiming at representing and strengthening the scientific community, carrying out its researches in this field, and helping young scientists to get involved in this scientific research through training programs dedicated to them.
