Company continues dramatic European expansion with new London office and two European data centers
Monetate, a global leader in cloud-based testing and targeting, email optimisation and in-the-moment personalisation software, announced today at its first annual European Summit that it has grown its European customer base more than 130 percent, year-over-year in Q3 2014. Among the European brands contributing to this growth are Radley and Jack Wills.
Monetate also announced its new London office and two European data centers, as well as the launch of a new Data Activation feature aimed at helping marketers use everything they know about a customer to create truly unique and relevant experiences.
Data Activation is a new feature within the Monetate platform that enables retail brands to create personalised digital experiences based on offline customer data. This new capability brings a brand's 'big data' to life by making it actionable within the Monetate user interface (UI). It allows marketers to combine demographic and offline data with the onsite behavioural data native in Monetate and use it in ways never before possible. Marketers can expand the attributes associated with a customer by importing data sets from their Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Point-of-Sale (POS), and Web Analytics systems, into the Monetate Platform via a CSV or TSV file. The data is then immediately available in Monetate as target variables for testing, targeting and personalisation.

Data Activation is available free to all Monetate Interact customers and will be rolled out in Q1 2015.
