PARIS, April 22, 2016 /PRNewswire/ --
The uninterrupted growth of mobile adoption has already highlighted mobile as the leading device for reaching Chinese customers. But at China Connect 2016, with the theme "Get Mobile", held in Paris this year from April 6-7, the challenges and opportunities of retail cross-channel strategies, cross-border eCommerce, social CRM and sales conversions, data-driven advertising, all driven by Chinese mobile usages and behaviours like nowhere else in the world, were particularly underlined. The search for (shopping) experiences, through quality content and new technology such as VR, has shown Chinese consumers are on par with their peers in the West. If WeChat is definitely the hot destination for brands, few have yet identified and embraced its numerous features and opportunities.
