Lumesse has increased investment in sales and marketing by 21% year-over-year to fuel its global growth strategy, building on its heartland in Europe by adding new logos and serving its installed base in the U.S. and across the APAC region.
Key to the growth strategy has been the sustained investment in flagship products and maintaining a percentage of R&D investment versus turnover at close to 20%, supporting a rich future roadmap. So far in 2018, Lumesse has deployed new recruitment centric modules in the areas of onboarding, video recruitment and analytics and is seeing significant uptake among the customer base already using the TalentLink recruitment platform. The upcoming 3Q2018 release of the Empower Talent Management suite will see several game-changing updates centered on the Learning module as well as a set of upgraded analytics dashboards. Lumesse has also taken its learning offering to another level with the launch of me:time earlier this year, offering curated, on demand learning generated from thousands of diverse courses and with a fresh approach designed to put the learner in control.
