Anyone can now send and receive Registered Invoices by email or SMS. Lleida.net, the first Registering Operator, is breaking new ground by launching a revolutionary service at the Mobile World Congress 2012, the Registered Invoice.
The Registered Invoice enables self-employed workers and companies to have much greater legal certainty when issuing invoices as Lleida.net generates a certificate as a trusted third party operator.
This certificate includes the text, the date and time of issue, the delivery time to the server and the attached invoice. Companies can demonstrate that the invoices were delivered in due time and form.
The minimum cost of the Registered Invoice service is euro 0'75.
How does the Registered Invoice work?
Registered Invoices can be sent either by SMS or by e-mail. Registered Invoices (RI SMS) SMS can be send using Lleida.net's web platform (http://www.lleida.net/en/websms.html).
To send a Registered Invoice by email, just add in the CC space, the email address of the registering service of Lleida.net.
