The tool, which was specifically developed for the UK market, is fully operational and has a growing client base. Opening a sales office in the UK will allow the company to better service its clients and solidify its strategy to grow its business in Northern Europe.
Starting this month, Coosto's representatives will be visiting London to target business and government organisations that are turning to monitoring and engagement tools to fulfil their needs in brand monitoring, online customer service, crisis monitoring and target group analysis.
