PITTSBURGH, May 22, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- L.B. Foster Company (NASDAQ: FSTR) announced today that its Board of Directors has authorized a $0.03 per share regular quarterly cash dividend on its issued and outstanding shares of common stock. The dividend is payable Friday, June 20, 2014 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 6, 2014.
There are currently approximately 10.3 million shares outstanding.
