Two of the country's leading sales professionals, Lawrence Dallaglio and Lee McQueen have today been revealed as judges for the Field Sales Executive of the Year category, at the 2012 National Sales Awards.

For the first time ever the award will be judged live at the event, held at London's Grosvenor House on 6th November. Each of the finalists will be given two minutes to prove their superior selling skills, by delivering their most impressive sales pitch.
The former England rugby Captain, now Sales Director at Serco, Lawrence Dallaglio and previous Apprentice winner Lee McQueen will sit on a panel of experts to judge the pitches, along with the audience of over 100 sales professionals who will also vote for their favourites.
Lawrence Dallaglio, Sales Director for contact centre services in Serco's new UK & Europe Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) business, said: "I'll be looking for someone who has all the attributes a talented salesperson should have like charisma, excellent communication skills and an in depth knowledge of what they're selling.
