Have you ever dreamed of racing a motorcycle on the track against the best in the world? Are you aged 14 to 20? The Shell Advance Asia Talent Cup could be your opportunity!
This new and exciting competition for 2014 is inviting all aspiring young Chinese riders to apply for an invitation to the selection process at the Sepang International Circuit, Malaysia. The registration window is closing on 22 September 2013 so you need to get in fast.
The pre-selection event will take place straight after this year's Shell Advance Malaysian Motorcycle Grand Prix (13/14/15 October).
The first pan-Asia motorcycle talent search will be a stepping stone for young riders in the Asia region to become world-class motorcycle racers. In 2014, its debut year, a total of 22 young riders will be selected to compete on Honda NSF250R Moto3 race bikes in the first Shell Advance Asia Talent Cup. Races are set for Japan, Malaysia and Qatar, in front of an expectant MotoGP crowd. There will also be a race in India, alongside the World Superbike Championship, and further rounds in Indonesia and China.
