As a multicultural leader with an impeccable track record as a business builder and operating executive, Mr. Zen-Ruffinen has over fifteen years of line management and CEO experience in Europe and in the Americas. He has been in the Executive Search industry since 2000 and has recently managed a large transformation of Korn Ferry's EMEA business from a traditional executive search organization into a leadership and talent advisory business.

As such Mr. Zen-Ruffinen demonstrates a thorough understanding of the executive search industry and a deep passion for delivering client excellence.

He earned a degree in international economics and contemporary history from the Graduate Institute of International Studies, University of Geneva, Switzerland. He speaks English, Spanish, French and German fluently.
