Komatsu celebrated with Galadari Brothers Co. LLC (GB) its market share success over last year with an honorary award this quarter. Mr. Hisashi Shinozuka, Director and Senior Executive Officer of Komatsu Ltd. and President of Komatsu's Construction & Mining Equipment Division, presented the 'Best achievement award' to GB and its subsidiary, Galadari Trucks and Heavy Equipment Co. Ltd. (GTHE) at a gala dinner.

The event commenced with welcome speeches by Messrs. Shaibani and Shinozuka with both expressing their delight and gratitude to their customers and partners in the UAE. Success milestones of GB and Komatsu Middle East (KME) were respectively presented through Mr. Khaled Soliman, GB Group CEO, and Mr. Kenichi Sato, KME Managing Director.
The event also celebrated 30 years of success amongst owners and CEOs of prestigious companies who are customer partners to both GB and Komatsu. The highlight of the evening was the awarding to GTHE by Komatsu of the "Achievement Award" which was "for the outstanding market share achievement of 2013 and continuous contribution to the success of our company and community." Mr. Shinozuka handed the award to the GB Chairman and GB Group CEO.
