Jillian McCullagh Joins Ryan as Principal to Lead United Kingdom Operations

Ryan, a leading global tax services firm with the largest indirect tax practice in North America, today announced that Jillian McCullagh has joined the management team as Principal to lead the Firm's United Kingdom operations, based in London.  Ms. McCullagh will strategically support Ryan's continued growth in the United Kingdom, managing a team of seasoned value added tax (VAT) professionals providing a suite of VAT advisory, recovery, and automation services to a premier portfolio of European clients.

Ms. McCullagh is an accomplished VAT specialist with more than 20 years of indirect tax knowledge and VAT advisory experience gained in both the UK and Ireland.  Prior to joining Ryan, Ms. McCullagh was the Founder and Managing Partner of a VAT recovery firm based in Ireland.  She has also worked for a national accounting firm in Dublin and a national accounting firm in London, advising multinational companies across a broad range of industries in VAT compliance and recovery.  Ms. McCullagh holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Systems Management from the University of Hull and is a frequent lecturer at the Irish Taxation Institute.
