Jedox AG, provider of Business Intelligence solutions, is given an excellent rating by clients in "The BI Survey 10", both in the database segment and the planning segment. In the independent user survey, which has been regularly conducted since 2002, Jedox AG achieved first place with Palo in four out of the nine main categories of both segments: Execution of Business Goals (Business Achievements); Total Costs (COI); Innovation; and Quality and Support. With this, Jedox AG garners more first place awards for itself than any other provider in the BI Survey 10. Of the just over 100 users that utilise Palo, 54 percent use the latest Premium Version 3.2, and 21 percent use Version 3.1. Only four percent are users of the free Community Version. The high number of Premium users, as well as the top marks in both segments, demonstrates the high acceptance of Jedox Palo as a combined analysis and planning solution for Corporate Performance Management.

Useful, affordable and innovative
The main category, "Execution of Business Goals (Business Achievements)", in the BI Survey comprises the aspects goal attainment and business benefits. With Palo, Jedox scores first place in the overall ranking within the CPM tools group as well as the planning tools group. The user rating demonstrates the high user value of the solution when it comes to the execution of business tasks.
At the same time, Jedox takes the lead in cost aspects and prevails in the main category "COI - Cost of Ownership Index". In this respect that is especially notable, as the largest portion of the respondents (96 percent) use the chargeable Premium version of Jedox Palo. Furthermore, a good price- performance ratio is reflected in the main category "Agility": Jedox users refer to project life spans and implementation times of three months and less.
Jedox also achieved especially good results in the user rating in the overall ranking for "Innovation": The capabilities for commenting on values and collaborating over the user interface within the planning are rated by users as very useful and honoured with first place. Another factor differentiating it from the competition is the user rating of first place for real-time analyses and the facility to integrate mobile Business Intelligence. The positive rating is rounded off with a first place in the main category, "Quality" and "Support".
