Jean-Philippe Vanot, Chairman of Paristech and Chairman of the MEDEF employers' union Customer Relations Committee, has been appointed a member of the Supervisory Committee with the software publisher V3D, which specialises in customer Quality of Service (QoS) and Quality of Experience (QoE).
Working with V3D's management team, he will contribute to the company's' development strategy, which is geared towards providing customer experience-centric technology as well as traditional QoS solutions.
Jean-Philippe Vanot's varied positions throughout his career include Executive Director in charge of Innovation and Marketing for the Orange Group, and then its General Manager. He chaired the Quality Committee, which reported to the Executive Committee and covered all the Group functions involved in customer relations and the provision of reliable services. Jean-Philippe continues as Chairman of the Orange Group Ethics Committee.
He is also a Member of the Board of CELSA, Paris Sorbonne University's centre for applied literary and scientific studies. A graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique and ENST (higher national school of telecommunications), he is a Chevalier de la Légion d'Honneur and a Chevalier de l'Ordre du Mérite.
