This is a strategic product acquisition by Janrain, allowing both parties to leverage complementary product portfolios and bringing an integrated customer identity and customer engagement solution to the market. The acquisition allows customer identity to be deeply integrated with engagement and activity data, enhancing marketers' understanding of their customers through increased engagement.
