Prior to joining iProspect, Des has more than 17 years' experience within the agency world. Previously he was Global Strategy Partner at Mindshare, and Strategic Planning Director in Hong Kong for iProspect sister agency, isobar. Des will be responsible for oversight of the agency's clients and client teams across iProspect's 93 global offices.

Dan Hagen joins from sister agency Carat UK, where he served as Chief Strategy Officer. Dan will lead strategic insight, thought leadership, and data-driven innovation across the network.
