LONDON, May 13, 2014 /PRNewswire/ --
- Could you be one of the next faces of the brand?
A competition has been launched today to find stories of how Invisalign has changed the lives of people who have had their teeth straightened and is giving one winner the chance to be one of the next faces to appear in its marketing and communications.
The clear alternative to braces has already transformed the smiles of over 2.5 million adults and young people worldwide. One of these is Khadija who explained why she was ashamed to smile before Invisalign: "My front teeth stuck forward and my jaw was too small and it affected the way I spoke. I was ashamed to smile; I didn't want people to take pictures of me. What I liked about Invisalign was that I had braces you couldn't see, they were very easy to put in and very easy to take out. You just need to wear them every day and take them out only when you eat; otherwise you can just live normally."
Now it is your chance to smile
To demonstrate just how powerful the effects of Invisalign treatment can be, Align Technology is launching a competition called 'Invisalign changed my life' to find inspirational stories illustrating ways in which Invisalign has affected people's lives. The company is looking for stories of people who have been bullied because of their misaligned teeth; shy people who have emerged from the shadows; wedding vow renewals because at last someone has the confidence to smile in photographs.
The winner (announced in November 2014) will receive a complete professional makeover (hair, make up and clothes styling) and will become one of the new 'Faces of Invisalign'. They will also travel to Paris for a photographic session with a celebrity photographer over an overnight stay
How to enter
Anyone who has completed their Invisalign treatment prior to the end of August 2014 and has a good story to tell is eligible to enter. Entrants simply complete an entry form on the http://www.invisalign.co.uk/mystory website.
