Building on the Foundations of Vistra's Growing Global Expansion Plans
Further to their acquisition in June by Vistra, Intro International, a corporate services provider specialising in international expansion based in Singapore, today rebranded to Vistra.

Intro International's status in Singapore as a boutique provider of corporate secretarial, accounting, and tax compliance services makes the firm a notable addition to the Vistra team. Their portfolio of international clients, many of whom are trading companies from the UK and Australia looking to establish an operation in Singapore, fits well with Vistra's strategy to focus on FDI-driven international expansion services.
The rebrand will see the teams from Intro International relocate to Vistra's existing offices in Singapore, with no changes to the services provided and the same teams supporting their existing clients. Duncan Merrin and Yati Merrin will remain with the business for the foreseeable future, with Duncan becoming a consultant to Vistra. Graham Harkness, currently Director at Intro International, will take up the role of Director, International Expansion Services, in Vistra Singapore, spearheading the business development effort in this area.
