Intelsius Hires New Chief Financial Officer to Manage Continued Global Growth

Intelsius, a global manufacturer and distributor of environmentally sustainable, temperature-controlled and regulatory-compliant packaging solutions, announced today that Alastair Harries has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Harries will oversee all finance-related activities including the company's accounting, financial planning and strategic analysis, and will report directly to David Walsh, Chief Executive Officer, Intelsius.

In his new role, Harries will support the ongoing strategic vision of Intelsius by cultivating stakeholder relationships and aiding in the development and negotiation of contracts. In addition, he will continuously evaluate Intelsius' short and long-term strategic financial objectives while identifying ways to enhance financial performance and business opportunities. Harries will also be responsible for overseeing all human resource and information technology matters.

Prior to joining Intelsius, Harries held various high-level finance positions in a range of industries. Most recently, he served as financial director for Prostar Sports, where he successfully managed transition of ownership and management of Prostar football apparel business from Star Sportswear Ltd to Pentland Brands plc. Prior to Prostar Sports, Harries held senior-level positions at Capital One Bank and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Harries holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Colour Chemistry, is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (FCMA) and a Certified Management Consultant (CMC).
