IG Adds MetaTrader 4 to its Wide Portfolio of Services

IG clients and current MT4 users can now trade forex contracts for difference (CFDs) via the popular electronic trading platform, MT4, with Australia's No.1 CFD and FX provider.*

For the first time ever, IG clients can create their own automated trading strategies using algorithms and experience the same lightning-fast execution currently offered by IG.

MT4 also offers clients a suite of charting and analytical functions, including the option to backtest strategies.

Those people currently using MT4 will be able to connect directly to IG's servers from within MT4 once they have created an IG account, and trade with the number one provider in the CFD industry.

More than 30 currency pairs will be supported at launch, with more to follow. IG has been working closely with MetaQuotes, the company behind MT4, to provide the best service possible. As a result, traders can rest assured knowing that MT4's functionality has been integrated seamlessly with IG's systems.
