ICFLIX, the region's first unlimited streaming platform for Jazwood (Arabic content), Bollywood and Hollywood genres, along with Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios Inc., has today announced an agreement to become the first Internet streaming service in the region to provide beloved films and television series from the studio on a subscription video on demand platform.
The agreement between ICFLIX and MGM provides the platform's subscribers with U.S. blockbusters such as Rocky, Rain Man, Fargo, Legally Blonde and The Man in the Iron Mask, as well as the animated series, The Pink Panther. The MGM content, as well as the full ICFLIX library, can be accessed over a wide range of Internet connected devices including computers, smart phones, tablets, smart TVs and gaming consoles.
This agreement furthers the relationship with ICFLIX and MGM, which previously announced a deal to bring the hit show "VIKINGS", the #1 new cable drama of the year, to subscribers in the region. Financial terms of the agreements were not disclosed.
