Henkel has selected CrossKnowledge, a world leader in the field of distance learning, as one of their preferred global distance learning providers to support its global employer branding management with a particular focus on emerging markets such as Brazil, Turkey, China and Russia.

Part of this collaboration is the Henkel Innovation Challenge, a yearly competition that encourages students from all over the world to submit their innovative and sustainable ideas for new Henkel products and technologies. The 7th edition of the competition launched in September 2013. Under the slogan "Create. Learn. Grow.", student teams from a total of 30 countries are invited to submit their concepts - 10 000 participants are expected. At this edition, in addition to offering individual mentorship from a Henkel manager, Henkel will use a selection of CrossKnowledge e-learning content to facilitate students managerial skills within the competition. Among other prizes, the 3 finalist teams will present their concepts to Kasper Rorsted, CEO of Henkel.
