Harvey Nash Executive Search has appointed Philip Davies to lead its Leadership Consulting team in the UK. Phil will be adding fresh momentum to the existing business in the UK and work closely with the market leading Harvey Nash Alumni Leadership practice across the Nordics.

Phil has over twenty years consulting experience including leadership of large scale HR change projects in the fields of assessment, leadership development, team building and recruitment. With a career combining corporate roles and entrepreneurial start-ups in the UK and the Middle East with Propel, Philip has also held Managing Consultant roles with Penna and Hudson.
