Harvey Nash Appoints Industry Expert to Enhance Leadership Services

Harvey Nash Group plc, a global provider of professional recruitment and outsourcing services, announces the appointment of Lucy McGee to head up the Leadership Services practice within their Executive Search division.

Lucy was a director of Europe's largest psychometric test service provider and business psychology firm, and, before that, was part of the European management team of a US-headquartered HR consulting firm whose clients were major multinationals.

More recently, Lucy was a director of one of London's largest mental health trusts, where she led the development and implementation of organisation-wide vision and values, and produced the Trust's first marketing strategy.

Lucy is a respected commentator on selection and talent management issues, has written for the IoD and the Economist Intelligence Unit, spoken on the BBC and at CBI and CIPD events, and been extensively quoted in the HR press.
