GTX and Tibtech Innovations Partner to Advance High-Purity Nickel Applications Across Industrial Markets
French engineering specialist to collaborate with GTX on R&D, manufacturing and distribution initiatives, alongside a commitment to purchase Np1 99.99% pure nickel wire from GTX.
PARIS, Oct. 8, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Green Transitional Metals Pte. Ltd. ("GTX") has entered into a strategic collaboration agreement with Tibtech Innovations, a leading French specialist in conductive wire technologies and engineered textile structures, to develop and commercialise innovative industrial applications for Np1 99.99% pure nickel wire.
Signed on 24 September 2026 and subject to completion of documentary due diligence and customary closing conditions, the agreement positions Tibtech as a key R&D, manufacturing and distribution partner within GTX's nickel commercialisation programme. As part of the collaboration, Tibtech has also committed to purchase from GTX's Np1 nickel wire over the next four years, subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement.
The partnership brings together GTX's high-purity nickel materials platform with Tibtech's extensive expertise in conductive wire technologies, technical textiles and advanced industrial product development.
For GTX, the collaboration represents an important step in the commercialisation of its nickel programme and provides a strategic pathway into European engineering, manufacturing and industrial markets. For Tibtech, the partnership expands its ability to develop next-generation conductive solutions based on a premium high-purity nickel feedstock.
Over the past two decades, Tibtech has established a strong reputation in the design and manufacture of conductive wire and engineered textile solutions serving demanding industrial sectors. Its customer base includes Airbus, Collins Aerospace, EDF, Enedis, McLaren, AVL, Beckett, 3X Engineering and Pyroalliance, a subsidiary of ArianeGroup.
