Greenberg Traurig Maher LLP has promoted Corporate & Securities lawyers Kate Eades and James Mountain to shareholder positions.

Eades' practice is focused on cross-border and domestic M&A, and corporate finance transactions. She has been with the firm since its inception in 2009. Mountain also joined in 2009 and advises issuers and underwriters in capital markets transactions, with a particular emphasis on equity offerings across both developed and emerging markets. His experience includes IPOs on London's main market and AIM, as well as other stock exchanges throughout the world, secondary offerings, private placements and quick-to-market transactions.
