The Eurobank project is currently underway with a roll out planned for early 2017 to the bank's 9,800 Greek staff as part of a ten-year agreement. Eurobank's Athina Dessypri, Head of Group Human Resources said of the decision to purchase Unily:
"Our primary mission and commitment is to continuously improve our client relationships and sustain and improve our client reach, capitalizing on our universal banking expertise. At the same time, we operate in an industry that is vastly reshaping in terms of client offering, working methods, structures and job content. We need to strengthen the infrastructure that will help us connect the dots and allow for digital business transformation, new working culture incubation, new workspaces, collaboration and interaction. In this change journey, we need to increase employee access to information and resources and also build employee capabilities to meet our goals.
