Goodman Signs on LANdesk Software at Three Arlington Square, Bracknell

Global software provider LANDesk has taken 14,990 square feet on a 10 year lease at Goodman's Arlington Square Business Park in Bracknell.

The deal follows a year in which the town's office market saw take up of 93,000 sq ft, with Arlington Square alone accounting for more than half of the total space let.

The technology specialist has taken space on the ground and first floors at Three Arlington Square, which is situated within a 22 acre urban business park, adjacent to Bracknell town centre, and with excellent transport links by rail and road.

In 2010, the building underwent significant refurbishment, making it one of the Thames Valley's most popular business locations. Following its refurbishment, Three Arlington Square has attracted considerable interest, securing new customers including Progress Software, Quantum Storage, Avnet and semiconductor giant Broadcom. Following the letting to LANDesk, only 14,000 square feet of prime office space remains available to let in suites ranging in size from 4,000 square feet.
