Poised to Launch Digital Initiatives under BOOM Strategy
HONG KONG, July 27, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Goodbaby International Holdings Limited ("Goodbaby International" or the "Company" with SEHK stock code of 1086, which together with its subsidiaries, is referred to as the "Group"), an international durable juvenile products company headquartered in China, announces that it has appointed Mr. Jan Rezab as an executive director and CEO, Digital Technologies with effect from 25 July 2016.
Mr. Rezab will be primarily responsible for setting up and implementing the digital part of the Group's BOOM strategy, which integrates branding with the online-to-offline business model and leverages mobile devices. He will lead the Group's effort to build up an eco-system for its fans that is connected through applications and smart mobile devices.
Mr. Rezab, aged 29, is the founder and chairman of Socialbakers, one of the world's largest social analytics firms with over 2,500 clients, including half of the members of the Fortune Global 500. Socialbakers has expanded its operations to 13 offices with over 300 employees around the world. Well-known for his thought leadership in the trends, future, and societal impact of social media, Mr. Rezab has been recently added to Forbes magazine's "30 Under 30" list of young entrepreneurs.
