GAC Motor's GA8 Luxury Sedan Used as Official Service Cars at G20 in Guangzhou

GA8 set for general release late April 2016

GUANGZHOU, China, April 12, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- In the months before the Second G20 Sherpa Meeting, held from April 6-8 in Guangzhou, China's leading automaker GAC Motor delivered 40 of its GA8 sedans to be used as official service cars during the conference.

As GAC Motor's latest high-end sedan, the GA8 made its recent debut at the National Party Conference (NPC) and Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) meetings in Beijing in March. Featuring an original design, state-of-the-art technology, and a high safety rating, the GA8 is also fuel efficient and eco-friendly.

With world-class chassis design and power and electronic systems, and top quality materials in the interior that provide the most comfortable ride and driving experience, it has been described internationally as a pioneer in China's high-end automobile market.

The premier forum for international economic cooperation, the G20 gathers national leaders from across the world, many of whom, including the Saudi finance minister Ibrahim Abdulaziz Al-Assaf, expressed their delight and surprise at the quality of a Chinese brand being used as the official service car at such a prestigious international event.
