MOUNTAIN VIEW, California, Nov. 28, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Based on its recent analysis of the business process outsourcing (BPO) industry, Frost & Sullivan recognises Teleperformance Egypt with the 2016 Egyptian Frost & Sullivan Award for Competitive Strategy Innovation and Leadership. In addition to the usual inbound and outbound contact centre services, Teleperformance also offers digital and analytics solutions such as buzz monitoring service.
