Frost & Sullivan Celebrates Malaysia's Best-In-Class Firms at the 2015 Excellence Awards

KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia, April 15, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Frost & Sullivan honored Malaysia's best companies at the 2015 Malaysia Excellence Awards banquet held at the Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur last night.

Mr. Hazmi Yusof, Country Head, Malaysia and Senior Vice President, Asia Pacific at Frost & Sullivan said that for 11 years, the Frost & Sullivan Awards in Malaysia have identified and recognized best-in-class companies that have demonstrated excellence in various industries.
"We realize it is critical to highlight best practices and honor companies that have delivered excellence in their respective industries. Frost & Sullivan hopes that the recognitions will help companies continue their best in growing their business, and spur further achievements," he added.
Tiong Nam Logistics also bagged triple honors as it took home the coveted Best Regional (ASEAN) Road Transportation Service Provider of the Year award, Domestic Logistics Service Provider of the Year award, and Best Road Transportation Service Provider of the Year award.
The 2015 Malaysia Excellence Awards recognized best practices and outstanding performance by Malaysian companies in different sectors such as automation & electronics, automotive, chemicals, energy, environment & building, healthcare, information & communication technologies and logistics.
Award recipients were identified based on in-depth interviews, analysis, and extensive secondary research conducted by Frost & Sullivan's analysts. Companies are typically studied on their revenues, market share, capabilities, and overall contribution to the industry in order to identify best practices.
