Fried Frank Extends Asset Management Practice to Europe

NEW YORK, May 27, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP announced today that Mark Mifsud, Kate Downey and Alexandra Conroy will join the Firm as partners in the Asset Management Practice, resident in the London office. Mr. Mifsud, Ms. Downey and Ms. Conroy advise fund sponsors and financial institutions across a broad range of asset classes, including private equity, venture and growth, infrastructure, credit and real estate. They also provide advice on carried interest, co-investment and other incentive arrangements.
