Fragrance Du Bois Launches 'Lite Attars' Collection
PARIS, June 22, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- French niche luxury perfume house Fragrance Du Bois presents its latest offering -- the Lite Attars collection. Featuring 10 oil-based perfumes from its exquisite Shades Du Bois and Prive ranges, Fragrance Du Bois' Lite Attars collection is alcohol free, highly concentrated, sustainably produced from the finest ingredients on Earth, and exudes luxury and an air of sensual wellbeing.

Available in luxurious 15ml glass bottles and sealed with stylish, glass stoppers, the fragrances are intended to be richer than eaux de parfums, which typically contain 10-20% of perfume essence. In the case of eaux de parfums, a certain percentage of the fragrance dissipates when sprayed and then fades away relatively quickly. With the Lite Attars collection, however, the scent only develops and improves over time. Fragrance Du Bois' Lite Attars are also moisturising, and suitable for all skin types.
Produced through distillation, attars are also known to develop in both complexity and intensity as they age, bringing subtle nuances of both fragrance and texture as they mature and their profiles are augmented.
"Attars are the very essence of essences," said Nicola Parker, Brand Director of Fragrance Du Bois. "They are completely alcohol-free and made only from natural oils, and although there is a common misconception that attars can be overpowering, this is simply not the case. What some people don't grasp is that an attar is a subtler form of a perfume. We've called ours 'Lite Attars' in order to emphasise that the perfumes -- although 100% pure and natural and somewhat more intense -- will be neither intrusive nor overwhelming."
She added, "We also found that scent longevity is an important factor for most perfume users. Our current eau de parfum collection -- because of the fantastic properties of Oud oil -- can last for at least eight hours when sprayed, and often even longer. With our Lite Attars collection, fantastic longevity can be achieved with a smaller amount of perfume."
For best results, it is recommended to apply two to three dabs of the perfume oil on either the inner wrists, the base of the throat, or behind the ear lobes.
Each item in the Lite Attars collection will be presented in its own, gorgeous, velvet box, and will be available in all of Fragrance Du Bois' delightful expressions. They will be available at Fragrance Du Bois' exclusive boutiques around the world, from the 14th of June 2016, at EUR175/$199.
