FJP Investment has announced a major new project, destined to become another success in the portfolio of shared office space investments in New York City.

"Bar Works at West Village" is the third venture into the work space market, adding real vibrancy to the flexible working scene. Following the success of the first two locations, Bar Works has acquired its third venue located in New York's, famous West Village. The Bar Works investment program is an opportunity for investors to receive a monthly income from office workers renting the investors workspace.
Release of the work spaces go on immediate sale with several other locations to be released in due course.
The company already operates two locations in New York City, the first property being located at 47 West 39th Street, opened at the end of October 2015 offering 200 workspace units, the second venue on Grand Street, Downtown Manhattan offered 400 work spaces and opened February 2016.
Bar Works charges a flat monthly fee for workers to use their work spaces, Investors then receive 50% of all rents levied against the unit.

The Bar Works investment allows investors to purchase a 10-year lease on workspace units for $25,000 each at various locations in New York with a fixed rental agreement. Rental payments are paid to the investor, monthly from the point of investment.
