Analysis, based on customer interviews and extensive market research, also finds FireScope Orchestrate to be a Value Leader for Service Impact Management as well as Strong Value

The innovative solution was consistently positioned in the highest of the radar's 9 quadrants of measurement across all three use cases evaluated in this report, which was based on vendor surveys, independent research and over 20 customer interviews in North America and Europe.  The three use cases covered by the report include "Service Impact Management" where FireScope Orchestrate was rated a Value Leader, "Change Management and Change Impact Analysis" and "Asset Management and Financial Optimization".  In the latter two use cases, the solution was rated as a Strong Value.
