Four of the UK's leading sales professionals have been nominated and shortlisted for the Silent Edge Sales Director of the Year Award, at this year's National Sales Awards. Chris Dancer, Sales Director of A1 Pharmaceuticals Plc, Simon Esner, Business Manager at Baxter Storey, Sean Evers, Sales Director of Pitney Bowes and Andrew Reaney, Sales Director of British Gas are all in the running to take home this prestigious award.

Now in its 17th year, the National Sales Awards is the most prestigious accolade for the sales industry in the UK. The winner will be chosen by a ballot of around 30 other Sales Directors and professionals later this month, including well-known industry names such as Lee McQueen, Founder of Raw Talent Academy. Judges will vote for their favourite candidate during the rigorous judging assessment. The winner will be announced on 7 November at the award ceremony at The Troxy in East London.
The Sales Director of the Year Award will recognise the individual who has built and developed successful sales teams, led success in benign and adverse market conditions, demonstrates strong commercial acumen, has developed business plans to support growth and ensure profitability in an ethical manner. Candidates will be evaluated using Silent Edge's objective Sales Performance System, ensuring that results are based on a comprehensive assessment of their competency and skills.
