As a pioneer of CRM, Velarde brings 22 years' experience in digital entrepreneurship, strategic leadership and transformation - across web design, interactive TV, online PR, CRM and multichannel customer experience. He co-founded one of the world's first web design agencies, Hyperinteractive, in 1994. Three years later, he launched Head New Media, which became the digital arm of Lowe & Partners and produced the first interactive television commercials for Tesco and Unilever.
Velarde brings a combination of unique leadership skills, a knack for commercial growth and inspiring digital transformation.
