Fashion e-commerce Specialist NETRADA is Internationalizing its e-Commerce Business and Acquiring the U.S. Service Provider Fulfillment Technologies LLC (FillTek)

NETRADA is acquiring a majority of shares of the e-commerce provider Fulfillment Technologies LLC (FillTek) which is based in Cincinnati, Ohio. North American operations will be managed by the newly established company NETRADA North America, which is a member of the NETRADA Group. The parties have agreed not to disclose the terms of the agreement.
