Farallon Capital Management Closes Successor Special Situations Fund Focused On Asia And Latin America With $1.12 Billion In Committed Capital
SAN FRANCISCO and SINGAPORE and TOKYO and SAO PAULO, July 7, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Farallon Capital Management, L.L.C. ("Farallon"), a global institutional investment management firm, today announced the completion of fundraising for Farallon Asia Special Situations III, L.P. and Farallon Asia Special Situations Master III, L.P. (collectively, "FASS III"), an Asia and Latin America focused private investment pool, with a single close on aggregate commitments of USD $1.12 billion.

FASS III is Farallon's third investment fund dedicated to investing in illiquid special situations across the capital structure in companies in or with a nexus to Asia and Latin America.
