Facilicom Takes Over Indigo Services From Vebego

VOERENDAAL and SCHIEDAM, The Netherlands, October 12, 2011 /PRNewswire/ --

Vebego International has concluded an agreement with Facilicom Services Group for the sale of Indigo Services UK Limited. This agreement comprises all of Vebego's cleaning activities in the UK.

The takeover is in keeping with Facilicom's international multi-services strategy and will result in the entire management team and the more than 1,100 employees of Indigo Services being transferred to Facilicom Services Group UK, Facilicom's British subsidiary.
