ETX Capital announces the appointment of Claire Hafner as an Independent non-Executive Director.
ETX Capital is delighted to announce that Claire Hafner will be joining the Board of Directors as an Independent non-Executive Director ("INED") and will be chairing the Board's Audit and Compliance Committee.
