Equiem Enters Ireland at The Campus, Cherrywood, as Global Expansion Continues

The Campus (formerly known as Cherrywood Business Park) comprises 578,000 sq ft of prime office space in South Dublin, owned by Spear Street Capital. Equiem's technology, branded as the "The Campus Connects" has now been rolled out across the entire office element, following a highly successful launch week at the end of September.

The Campus Connects provides tenants with a varied and exciting line-up of new amenities and offers. Users can now directly access services such as free indoor yoga classes, bootcamp in the park, lunch and learn sessions, community quiz nights, networking events, lunchtime food markets and discounted healthcare and dental services.

Many more exclusive events, competitions and partnerships have also been made available through the portal, including exclusive retail deals and offers, through The Campus Connects online store or via local retail and supplier partnerships. Registration numbers for The Campus Connects currently stand at 1,570 users.

The launch marks Equiem's third entry into a new international market in just 12 months, having expanded into both the USA and the UK last year. The firm's technology is now used across more than 57 million sq ft of space worldwide, with over 5.5 million sq ft of space across the UK and Ireland already. Further deals in both the UK and Irish markets are expected to be announced in the coming months.
