Emerging Software Company Entando Moves Headquarters From Sardinia to Dublin

Entando, an emerging software company that develops open source portals and content management software announces today that it is taking its first big step towards international expansion by relocating its headquarters from Sardinia, Italy to Dublin with support from Enterprise Ireland. Entando also announces the appointment of Sharmila (Sam) Wijeyakumar to lead this expansion from Dublin due to her extensive IT channel experience and network, language skills and international credentials having worked and lived in Asia, the Americas, Africa, Middle East and Europe. Sam will initially be building a sales, presales and marketing team of ten based in Dublin. After Dublin, Entando plans to launch operations in the UK, Spain and the US.
I Research 4 Birth
Entando's partner, Belfast-based Redburn Information Solutions, currently provides a web portal to support the European COST (European Cooperation in Science and Technology) funded project "iResearch 4 Birth". This enables 150 academic scholars from around the world to collaborate and share knowledge about ways to improve maternity care provision and outcomes for mothers, babies and families across the world. Trinity College Dublin is one of the main academic and management partners of this exciting research project using Entando's services.
