Wins Gold in 2012 Brandon Hall Excellence Award for Best in Competencies and Skill Development

Emantras received the award together with Lufthansa Technical Training for designing and developing an e-Learning course. The course was specifically designed to provide self-paced, supplemental learning on Helicopter Aerodynamics, Structures and Systems for apprentices employed at aviation companies.
The entries were evaluated by a panel of veteran, independent senior industry experts, Brandon Hall Group Senior Analysts and Executive Leadership based upon the following criteria: fit the need, design of the program, functionality, innovation, and overall measureable benefits.

Emantras developed the e-learning course based on a storyboard provided by Lufthansa Technical Training subject matter experts. Building on the subject matter, Emantras used animations and simulations to enhance training and help students test their knowledge.

They quickly familiarized themselves with the special topics, so we could jointly develop innovative solutions."
The course resulted in trainees being able to quickly acquire new learning, allowing them to train faster and show a greater retention for complex concepts. The interactive exercises made learning more engaging and reinforced memorisation of otherwise mundane information.
