Double Success for MBNA as UK Customers Vote in Their Thousands

MBNA named Credit Card Provider of the Year

MBNA has been crowned the UK's Credit Card Provider of the Year, after a vote among UK consumers.

The honour was one of two Consumer Moneyfacts Awards collected by Chester-based lender, which fought off challenges from all the UK's major credit card lenders.

MBNA was also highly commended in the Best Customer Service category of the awards, which are run by independent comparison site Moneyfacts and recognise the nation's best products and services, as well as firms' commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience.
