Development Securities, the UK property developer and investor, announced full-year 2012 results saying gains of £28m it had made from its Development and Trading portfolio vindicated its strategy of acquiring and regenerating secondary real estate.
In a video interview, CEO Michael Marx outlines the group's results and its strategy for delivering value for shareholders including property development outside of Central London.
He said the group would continue to focus on selling the assets it was creating saying: "We'll monetise them, turn them into cash, realise the gains and then look to reinvest into further projects."
