Destia's Bond has Been Delisted From NASDAQ Helsinki

Destia Group Plc - Stock Exchange Release - 20.12.2016 at 15:15 (CET +1)

Nasdaq Helsinki has approved Destia Group Plc's application to delist its Bond issued on 19 June 2014 and listed on the Helsinki Stock Exchange on 18 June 2015. As of 21 December 2016, the Bond will no-longer trade on Nasdaq Helsinki as specified in a release published separately by Nasdaq Helsinki.

Destia Group Plc has made the redemption of the Bond on 19 December 2016 prematurely for full outstanding amount in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Bond.
