CR2 today announced the welcomed addition of Laure Decostere as the company's new HR Business Partner. In this role and as a member of the CR2 executive committee, Laure will focus her attention not only on performance- and talent management and employee satisfaction, but also on new talent acquisition during an exciting period of evolution and advancement for the company.
Laure joins CR2 with extensive human resources experience internationally, most recently as Resource Manager with Ordina Belgium. Her background, which also includes positions with eXimius nv and Business Architects International has given her a wealth of experience in optimising HR processes, high-level recruitment and human performance & talent management. By utilising her 15+ years of industry experience, Laure will work within CR2 to lead the Human Resources function and create the high performance culture necessary to meet the company's vision.
Laure's previous positions have included Transition Manager, Human Resources Consultant and Human Resources Business Partner.
